Sophie is a qualified lawyer specialising in the ASX Listing Rules and Corporations Law and has practised as a corporate and commercial lawyer in the areas of equity capital markets, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate governance for ASX listed entities for over twenty years.
Sophie holds a Bachelor of Jurisprudence and a Bachelor of Laws degree from Monash University and is a member of the Law Institute of Victoria and the Governance Institute of Australia.
She is currently a non-executive director of Touch Ventures Limited (ASX: TVL), RAS Technology Holdings Limited (ASX: RTH) and PRT Company Limited (ASX: PRT).
She was appointed to the PlaySide Board on 21 December 2023.
